Caroline Coleman – Telepathic Dreaming

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.telepathicdreaming.com, booking a session, or using any digital content provided by Caroline Coleman (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services delivered online, in person, or via third-party platforms. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Services Provided

Caroline Coleman provides telepathic dream interpretation and spiritual development services, including:

Dreaming Telepathy (One-on-One): Individual sessions focused on personal dream interpretation and telepathic connection.
Dreaming Telepathy Group Service: Group-based sessions and workshops for collective dream work and telepathic exploration.
Recording Policy: As a courtesy, a recording of your session will be emailed to you within 24 hours. It is your sole responsibility to download the recording within 3 days, as it will be permanently deleted from Caroline Coleman’s systems thereafter.

3. Professional Disclaimer & Nature of Services

All services are provided in a spiritual and intuitive context.

Not a Substitute: Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. Caroline Coleman does not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatments.
Subjective Experience: Telepathic and spiritual work is inherently subjective. Interpretations provided are based on Caroline Coleman’s unique intuitive perspective.
UK Consumer Rights: In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, we provide services with “reasonable care and skill.” However, because of the nature of intuitive work, no specific outcomes, “healings,” or predictive accuracy are guaranteed.

4. Telepathic Communication & Vulnerable Persons

Regarding telepathic communication for non-verbal individuals or those requiring representation:

Warranty of Authority: By booking a session for a minor (under 18) or a person under legal guardianship, you warrant that you are the legal guardian or have the express legal authority to act on their behalf.
Shift of Responsibility: Caroline Coleman accepts no responsibility for verifying the legal guardianship status of any participant. We rely entirely on the confirmation provided by the person booking the service.
Assumption of Consent: By proceeding, you acknowledge you have obtained all necessary consents for the participant to engage in these services.

5. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Clients must be 18 years or older to book, unless booking with the express consent and presence of a parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse service if professional boundaries are at risk or if the service is deemed unsuitable for the client’s current mental state.
Medical Disclosure: It is your responsibility to inform Caroline of any prescribed medications you are taking prior to your session.

6. Bookings, Time Zones & Payments

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are in British Pounds (£ GBP).
Time Zones: All times are scheduled in UK Time (GMT/BST). Clients are responsible for correct time conversion.
Late Policy: Caroline allows a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session is deemed a “no-show” and is non-refundable.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
No-Shows: No refunds are provided for no-shows or arrivals past the 10-minute grace period.
Statutory Rights: If a service fails to meet consumer guarantees under UK law, you are entitled to a remedy. This does not apply to “change of mind” or failures caused by your own equipment (e.g., poor internet connection).

8. Privacy & Data Protection (UK GDPR Compliance)

We comply with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.

Full Privacy Policy: Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
AI Transparency: We do not use your personal session data to train public AI models. Any AI tools used for transcription are secure and encrypted.
Data Portability: You have the right to access, correct, or request a machine-readable copy of your personal data.

AI Training Ban: Use of our content, text, or recordings for the purpose of training Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Large Language Models (LLMs) is strictly prohibited.
Personal License: Purchasing a session grants you a limited license for personal use only. You may not republish, broadcast, or sell any materials without explicit written permission.

10. Technical Requirements

The client is responsible for a stable internet connection and working equipment. We are not responsible for technical failures on the client’s end. If a failure occurs on our end, we will offer a reschedule or refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English Law, Caroline Coleman shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the interpretation of intuitive information. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
