Refund and Returns Policy

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

We strive to offer the highest level of care and guidance. This policy is designed to protect the energetic and professional boundaries of our work. Please note: Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or similar international consumer protection laws.

2. GUIDANCE & RECORDING DISCLAIMER

  • Interpretive Guidance: Sessions/classes are for personal development and guidance purposes only. Outcomes and “accuracy” are subjective and not guaranteed.
  • Recordings: As a courtesy only and not guaranteed, sessions are recorded via Zoom.
  • Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to download and save the recording promptly. Recordings are deleted from our cloud storage after 3 days. Caroline Coleman is not responsible for lost or expired recordings whatsoever.

3. INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS: RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session one time with at least 24 hours notice. No additional reschedules are permitted for the same booking.
  • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session is considered a “No-Show.”
  • No-Shows: No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for a simple change of mind once a booking is confirmed, subject to your statutory cooling-off rights for digital services where applicable.

4. TECHNICAL FAILURES

  • Provider Side: If a session cannot proceed due to a technical failure on our end (e.g., power outage, software crash), we will offer a full reschedule or a 100% refund.
  • Client Side: If technical issues on the client’s end prevent a session from occurring, no refund is provided. We recommend testing your Zoom connection 5 minutes prior to the start.

5. CLASSES, TRAINING & LIVE EVENTS

  • Digital Products/Classes: All sales for digital training and pre-recorded classes are final once access has been granted.
  • Live Events (Online or In-Person):
    • 14 Days or more before the event: A 50% refund is available, excluding a £15.00 admin fee.
    • 13 Days or less: No refunds. However, you may nominate a Substitute Attendee to take your place at no extra cost.

6. REFUND PROCESSING & ADMIN FEES

  • Eligibility: Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of management, except where required by law.
  • Admin Fee: All approved voluntary refunds will incur a £15.00 Administration Fee to cover non-refundable transaction and processing costs.
  • Services Rendered: Once a session has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
