Caroline Coleman – Telepathic Dreaming
All About Telepathic Dreaming
My Journey…
I am the mother of Kyle, my non-speaking autistic son, now aged 39, and a lifelong explorer of communication beyond spoken language.
Our journey began at Kyle’s birth and has unfolded over more than three decades of lived experience, deep listening, and a deepening curiosity about consciousness and connection.
What began as a mother seeking to understand her child gradually became something much greater, an unfolding inquiry into the nature of communication itself, and the many ways human beings connect beyond words.
How Lucid Dreaming Transformed Our Communication
While I immersed myself early in the study of autism, it was later—through my introduction to lucid dreaming and dream-awake states of consciousness, that a profound and unexpected form of communication emerged. Within these naturally altered states, I discovered a capacity for regulation, calm, and direct connection that transcended words. Over time, Kyle himself began to initiate and guide our shared lucid dream experiences, offering insights into his emotional well-being, inner world, and rich creative life, including his musical abilities.
These experiences fundamentally transformed how I understand communication, consciousness, and human connection, and reshaped the way I support my son. I now challenge conventional narratives around non-speaking autism, advocating for a broader understanding of communication as a spectrum that may extend beyond verbal expression.
Drawing on more than 35 years of lived experience, I am the founder of the Autism–Telepathy Conversations Community, a Facebook group, now a global community. I teach online Telepathic Dreaming courses and facilitate Lucid Dream workshops across the UK. Kyle and my story are featured in The Telepathy Tapes and an upcoming documentary, and I am currently penning a book due for release in 2027.
Alongside this work, I run a functional health clinic and integrate nervous-system regulation, embodiment, and relational awareness into my approach to care.
